Compliance Manager – Insurance

Fast growing Fintech Insurance business now employing over 100 staff in the UK and still growing. Head office is Midlands based but the team attend the office once a fortnight (all travel expenses paid) and as a result they are able to employ home based staff in many locations across the UK.  The company offers a truly collaborative environment bringing together individuals from a wide range of experience and backgrounds.

We are seeking a Compliance professional with a background in Insurance and good knowledge of the UK regulatory framework. In addition to your regulatory knowledge, if you have any experience of Compliance relating to the digital technology areas and knowledge of data protection requirements, we would be very keen to hear from you.

Working as part of the team you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust governance framework, establishing policies and procedures, keeping up to date with regulatory changes, liaising with third party partners such as Aviva, Legal & General, Royal London etc, carry out audits and risk-based monitoring, provide regulatory advice to the business and produce reports MI for the management committee. It is expected that this role opens up opportunities to move up into management role as the team grows.
