Compliance Associate

Exciting new role for a compliance professional with a background in Energy, Insurance or Regulatory Consulting who has gained some experience in a second line function and has a good base of knowledge of the FCA regulations.  My client is an expanding growing international business in the Energy sector.

The role will support the Head of Legal and Compliance in handling compliance related queries from the business and managing the inbox, acting as the first point of engagement from stakeholders,  assist in driving a strong compliance culture and building the compliance framework with a focus on UK Bribery Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Economic Crime etc, ensure ongoing implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures (including gifts and entertainment and conflict management), manage vendor onboarding, assist on projects and internal investigations, provide input to staff regulatory training  and maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
