Capital Markets Lawyer
My client, a premier banking organization, is looking to hire an experienced Capital Markets lawyer into their team.
The role presents a tremendous opportunity for a lawyer (c.2-7 PQE) to join the In-House legal team of a truly global organization who are enjoying a sustained period of growth.
You will be joining a relatively small, tight knit team of high caliber lawyers in London who advise on all products relating to DCM, Securitization and Structured Finance more generally.
The role will be perfectly suited to a capital markets or structured finance lawyer who has accrued around 3-5 years of experience and is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and exciting new role.
The role offers one of the more mature approaches to flexible working among it’s peers and is coupled with an excellent compensation package which includes a healthy bonus component and market leading benefits package.
