At Barclay Simpson we are committed to giving back to the communities that we live and work in.  We have a CSR committee of volunteers from across the business who meet regularly to discuss fundraising ideas and CSR strategy. 


We organise regular fundraising events throughout the year to support our chosen charity, Clic Sargent. These range from bake sales and raffles to quiz nights and sporting events.We also participate in various other fundraising events including the Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day and Macmillan coffee mornings.

In line with our ethos of recognising each employee as an individual, Barclay Simpson offers two days of paid leave for CSR activities per year. We acknowledge that our employees may have different causes that they feel passionate about and this allows each person to undertake volunteering opportunities of their choice.
