Legal Counsel – Banking
Our client is a leading boutique banking organization based in London.
The opportunity is for an experienced legal counsel to join a small tight knit team of lawyers covering a broad range of banking and finance matters.
The main contents of the role will revolve around trade finance, real estate finance and Islamic finance. That being said, due to the size of the legal team, there will be an excellent exposure to other areas of the law e.g. corporate/commercial, litigation, company secretarial etc..
The role reports into the Head of Legal and will necessitate a lawyer who is eager and excited to take on a broad and past paced role. If you have a solid base in banking and finance matters and are keen to expand upon this in an organization who are in complete growth mode then this is the opportunity for you.
