Legal Counsel
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters for a large, global insurance company. You will be responsible for drafting agreements and addressing issues in focus on general commercial, commercial contracts, claims procurement and IT contracts.
You will be based in a fast paced environment and growing team on a hybrid office basis in Leeds.
You must have had experience in a transferable role in similar areas and working with commercial contracts and either financial services or insurance. In-house experience is not necessary, working in private practice is desirable too.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
Qualifications
- UK qualified lawyer
- 3+ years’ legal work experience
