MLRO
Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a MLRO to join a small, boutique Wealth Manager in their Mayfair offices. This is a role in a business that is thriving and growing and is an important hire for the future of the business. The business also has a payments offering and so you will have oversight for the wealth management business and the payments business. You will be reporting into the CEO and working closely with a highly experienced Head of Compliance.
You will have oversight of all AML processes and frameworks and will be on hand to provide financial crime advice to the wider business. This is a truly “hands on” role and you will be in responsible for onboarding new clients also.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is either already a MLRO or looking to take that step in their career. You will have experience from a wealth management or private banking background and ideally some exposure to payments. The salary is £80,000 – £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
