KYC AVP – Middle Office
- The Supervisor’s role is to ensure the processing is completed in a timely and thorough fashion, with controls that meet the standards required by auditors and the company’s risk appetite, in line with the department’s Policy and Procedures, and within the regulatory frameworks of AML and KYC
- Carry out regular appraisals, performance reviews and goal-setting tasks
- Drafting KYC Risk Assessments / Commentary
- Ensure accurate and timely on-boarding of clients
- Managing / allocating new cases to KYC Analysts and assist in time management
