Client Services Manager

Barclay Simpson is seeking a Client Services Manager to report directly to the CEO.

This role offers a unique opportunity to centrally manage and grow our PSLs and existing client base. Key responsibilities include meeting key HR and RPO contacts regularly in order to cross-sell and build stronger relationships, leading PSL review meetings and renewals, running HR focused events and promoting our ED&I offering across our client base.

This role offers significant scope to accelerate our continued growth as a business by winning new clients, and enhancing the quality and breadth of our offering across our existing client base.

The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience as a recruitment consultant, or a similar role. You will be tenacious and sales focused, and will possess strong client-facing, organisational and influencing skills. The ability to network and business develop is essential.

All staff are issued with a Barclay Simpson laptop and the technology required to work from home effectively. Our usual flexible working policy allows staff to choose where they work within the UK (with a minimum requirement of 1 day a week in the London office).
