Privacy & AI Governance Consultant
100% Remote
A leading international RegTech consultancy is seeking experienced Privacy & AI Governance Consultants to join its growing delivery team. Working remotely, you’ll support pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthtech organisations across Europe and beyond, delivering high-quality privacy, data protection and AI governance services.
About the Role:
As a Privacy & AI Governance Consultant, you’ll work with a diverse portfolio of life sciences clients, providing expert advice on data protection, privacy compliance and emerging AI regulation. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll lead client engagements, deliver complex legal and regulatory analysis, support quality assurance, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continuous development of internal methodologies and best practice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver privacy and data protection advisory services across a varied client portfolio
- Conduct DPIAs and privacy risk assessments
- Advise clients on GDPR and emerging AI governance requirements
- Lead client meetings, training sessions and regulatory discussions
- Review and develop policies, contracts and compliance documentation
- Contribute to quality assurance, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support junior team members through mentoring, delegation and technical guidance
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have strong experience in data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance, with a solid understanding of UK GDPR, EU GDPR and AI governance. Experience within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable managing client relationships and delivering practical, risk-based compliance advice.
Pay range and compensation package:
£37000 – £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Fully remote position with opportunities for career progression within a specialist international consultancy.
