Vice President, Legal
We are working on a VP, Legal opportunity with a highly regulated financial services company.
This is a strong fit for someone with deep experience managing regulatory engagement, supervisory examinations, remediation, Regulation HH/Y filings, continuous monitoring meetings, and senior stakeholder reporting.
The role sits at VP level, reports into Regulatory Relations leadership, and offers exposure across the three lines of defense, senior management, the Board, and key regulatory stakeholders.
Ideal background:
• 7+ years of regulatory, legal, or compliance experience within financial services
• Experience liaising with regulators and senior internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with 3LOD, risk and control testing, and regulatory remediation
• J.D. helpful but not required
