Lead Commercial Analytics Manager – Mortgages
We’re looking for a commercially minded mortgage professional to help shape the performance and future direction of a specialist mortgage portfolio.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of portfolio insight, commercial performance and strategic decision-making within a growing lending business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Customer functions, you’ll play a key role in understanding the drivers of portfolio performance and identifying opportunities to enhance value.
You’ll combine strong commercial judgement with data-driven thinking, using insight and analysis to influence decisions and support executive-level discussions. You’ll also work closely with external lending and servicing partners, ensuring the portfolio continues to deliver sustainable returns.
We’re interested in speaking with individuals from mortgage portfolio management, lending strategy, pricing, analytics or commercial management backgrounds who understand the economics of mortgage lending and can translate data into action.
To succeed, you’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of retail/consumer banking products
- Experience managing portfolio performance, commercial outcomes or lending strategy (desirable)
- The ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders
- A data-led approach, with SQL or similar analytical skills advantageous
- A collaborative style and experience working across multiple business functions
