Penetration Testing Manager
This highly regarded Financial Services organisation is currently seeking a experienced penetration tester with people management experience. This is a key leadership role, taking ownership of offensive security strategy across a modern, cloud-first environment. You’ll be leading Penetration Testing, red and purple team activity, and working closely with engineering teams to embed security into product delivery. You will directly manage a small team of 3-4 penetration testers.
The role requires a strong background in penetration testing, with experience gained from either a consultancy firm or in-house role. No particular certifications are required, although people management experience is essential. Any experience of mobile app testing will be beneficial (not required). The role will be c75% managing/25% pentesting. You’ll also need to be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and shaping security direction at a strategic level.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a high-impact role with real ownership and visibility. Base salary c£100k + bonus (15%) + benefits. Fully remote within the UK.
