Head of Regulatory Disclosures
Our client is a global asset manager is looking to appoint a senior regulatory disclosures specialist to lead oversight of the firm’s fund disclosure framework across its European product range.
This is a highly visible role working closely with product, legal, compliance and senior business leadership to ensure that investor disclosures remain accurate, compliant and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. The position sits at the centre of the product governance framework and will play a key role in maintaining strong regulatory standards while improving processes and controls around disclosure production.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key investor documentation, ensuring regulatory filings and disclosures are produced accurately and on time while also identifying the impact of regulatory developments on existing documentation. Alongside managing and developing a small specialist team, the role will partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation to resolve disclosure issues, strengthen governance and support ongoing product development.
This opportunity would suit individuals coming from a variety of backgrounds within asset management or financial services. Candidates may currently be working in areas such as fund legal, product governance, regulatory compliance, investment product management, or fund documentation. Experience with European fund regulation and disclosure requirements (for example UCITS, PRIIPs or similar investor documentation) will be particularly valuable.
The role offers strong visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to shape how disclosures are managed within a well-established investment platform.
