We are working with a well-established asset manager with approximately $70bn AUM, looking to hire a KYC Senior Associate to join their growing compliance and financial crime function based in West London.
This is a broad, hands-on role suited to an experienced KYC professional who is comfortable operating across complex structures and engaging with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end KYC/CDD on a range of clients and counterparties, including institutional and high-net-worth structures
Review and analysis of complex ownership structures, including Trusts, SPVs and fund vehicles
Ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews and remediation of existing relationships
Liaising with front office, legal, compliance and external service providers
Supporting enhancements to KYC policies, procedures and controls
Acting as a point of escalation for more complex KYC queries
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a KYC/CDD role within asset management, investment management or financial services
Strong working knowledge of Trusts, SPVs and fund structures
Degree educated from a reputable university
Confident operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to exercise sound judgement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
