Barclay Simpson have been engaged by a longstanding banking client to hire a Senior Assistant Company Secretary.
This individual will help play an integral part in shaping the bank’s governance framework.
The role will be best suited for a candidate with at least 5+ years of cosec experience within a financial services context.
It is worth noting that you will be part of a small team here so will need to be comfortable working in a largely autonomous manner across a wide range of matters.
If you are looking to eventually step up into a ‘head of’ or Company Secretary role this is a great position to take on as it will give you the foundations to push on into the more senior positions.
