Assistant Manager – IAM
Join a critical function managing access governance and identity lifecycle processes in a highly regulated tech environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring secure and compliant access to systems across business units.
What You’ll Do:

Administer and review user access controls
-
Ensure compliance with IAM policies, segregation of duties, and audit readiness

Support automation and improvement of IAM workflows
What You Bring:

Hands-on experience in IAM tools, access reviews, and RBAC models

Strong understanding of IT security best practices and regulatory frameworks

Fluent in German & English
