Be the frontline of operational resilience. In this role, you’ll lead or support the coordination and resolution of IT security and operational incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and strengthening our response capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and escalate major IT incidents
Perform root cause analysis and track remediation
Maintain documentation and compliance reporting
What You Bring:
Experience in incident response or IT service management
Understanding of regulatory obligations (DORA, BAIT, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in German & English
