Assistant Manager – IT Sec Ops –
Join a dynamic 1st Line of Defense IT Governance team, supporting the operational security of critical IT systems in a regulated financial environment. You’ll play a key role in managing IT security operations, working closely with second-line functions and helping drive alignment with frameworks like MaRisk, BAIT, and DORA.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee IT Security Operations and ensure safeguarding of infrastructure

Collaborate with Information Security and other 2LoD teams

Lead and support team development in a hands-on, regulatory-driven environment
What You Bring:

Strong experience in IT governance, compliance, or security ops

Knowledge of financial services regulation (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT)

Fluent in German & English (written and spoken)

A collaborative mindset and solid technical understanding of security tools and frameworks
