Security and Resilience Market Report 2016

Our 2016 Market Report combines our review of the prevailing conditions in the security & resilience recruitment market together with the results of our latest employer survey. We look to analyse and discuss the latest trends in the recruitment market. The results of the survey and our market experience allows us to report a buoyant recruitment market.  However, in an arms race, in which threats are growing and becoming more sophisticated, those seeking employment in security and resilience need to be able to respond accordingly.

  • 91% of security departments anticipate they will need to recruit sometime in 2016.
