Natalie Flynn


Natalie Flynn joined Barclay Simpson in 2007 and spent six years working as a consultant on the interim division. After a period of maternity leave, Natalie moved into an internal HR and Communications Officer role. Her role includes providing general HR support, developing our people policies and procedures and promoting internal communication across the business. Her remit also includes overseeing our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies and procedures, maintaining our status as an EQuality Assured® Recruiter, providing training to all staff and engendering a culture of equality and inclusion throughout the company.

Natalie also works with our consultants to ensure our services are welcoming to people from all sections of society and that we identify opportunities to remove barriers to entry to the recruitment market.
