Legal Market Report 2016

Our 2016 Market Report combines our review of the prevailing conditions in the in-house legal recruitment market together with the results of our latest employer survey. We look to analyse and discuss the latest trends in the recruitment market. • 71% of in-house legal departments have recruited or attempted to recruit externally in the last 6 months of 2015. (Down from 77% last year)
  • 91% of legal departments anticipate they will need to recruit in 2016.
