The recovery in the legal recruitment market has now become comprehensively established with both in-house commerce and private practice benefiting from increased and seemingly sustainable demand.   • The number of outstanding vacancies amongst our sample financial sector companies fell from 49 to 43. However, overall demand is currently less dependent on the financial sector and is being sustained from in-house commerce and private practice.
  • Salary increases achieved by lawyers changing jobs in the financial sector have increased to 14%.
  • Salary increases achieved by lawyers changing jobs in the financial sector have increased to 13%.
