Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Dealer is responsible for managing all dealing operations related to efficient funding and investment across the group and the bank and reports to the Treasury Dealing Manager. Key duties and responsibilities include maintaining the daily cash position of all group companies, investing surplus funds in line with treasury policy and regulatory limits, executing interest rate and FX swaps, and ensuring compliance with counterparty limits and regulatory requirements.

The Treasury Dealer must have previous front-office treasury experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. They must be able to perform well in a pressurised environment, adhere to strict deadlines, and learn and implement dealing, regulatory, and change initiatives.

The Treasury Dealer must act in accordance with the company’s information security policies and data protection regulation, as well as conduct themselves in accordance with individual conduct rules related to integrity, due skill and care, cooperation with regulators, customer focus, and proper standards of market conduct.
