Job Description

The major international financial services group is seeking an ambitious trainee company secretary to augment their company secretarial and governance function. Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary and other senior team leaders as appropriate, you will be involved in the provision of a full and effective secretariat service to all entities within the Group. In addition to maintaining the Group’s and entities’ corporate records and supporting governance processes, you will liaise with stakeholders internationally and support corporate projects. You will be involved in supporting the various boards and committees and be involved in the Group’s governance cycles around the AGM, Group and subsidiary accounts and governance due diligence processes.
