Job Summary: As the Senior Risk Manager, you will be a key driver in developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with the firms strategic objectives. Your focus will encompass identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational top-down risks, steering change and transformation initiatives, and overseeing strategic risk to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Top-Down Risks:
   • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and prioritize operational top-down risks, ensuring a thorough understanding of potential impact.
   • Collaborate closely with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation plans, fostering a proactive risk management culture.
2. Change & Transformation:
   • Lead risk assessments for change and transformation initiatives, providing valuable insights to project teams and ensuring risk considerations are integral to decision-making processes.
   • Drive a proactive approach to managing risks associated with evolving business landscapes.
3. Strategic Risk Management:
   • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and managing strategic risks that may impact Quilter’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certification in risk management is preferred.
• Proven track record in senior-level risk management roles, with expertise in operational top-down risks, change and transformation, and strategic risk management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
