Job Description

My client is a World renowned Investment Management Business with over £700 Billion in assets under management. Due to continued growth and strong financial performance in H1 2019 they are looking to hire a Senior Operational Due Diligence analyst, to work directly with managers across Fixed Income, Equity and Alternative Investments (Inc. Real Assets, Credit, Funds & Private Equity). 

You will be responsible for working alongside the existing ODD team to carry out enhanced legal and regulatory due diligence investments both new and old. Facing off to senior executives and c-suite stakeholders within clients as well as identifying weaknesses and presenting your conclusions and recommendations to the relevant investment committees, up to and including the CEO/CIO.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within Operational Due Diligence within a fund of fund, hedge fund or private equity house
  • Relevant qualification, ACA, ACCA or CFA are preferred but not essential
  • Strong technical knowledge of one or more alternative investment asset classes (hedge fund, private equity, venture capital, real assets or property)
  • Ability to manager relationships with c-level stakeholders
  • Background reporting to and advising investment committees
