This global Asset Manager has a position in its European Audit team for an experienced internal auditor who can come from an asset or wealth management or potentially an investment banking internal audit background. Its investments focus is on alternatives such as private equity, real assets including real estate and public debt and equity. It also invests in non-investment grade debt.
The business is global and carries huge influence across the sectors it invests in. You will play a leading role in the London Audit team. In this role you will plan and execute both local and global audits. These include audits focused on the asset management business itself as well corporate functions such as Risk, Finance and Compliance and HR, sourcing etc.
While the work can be intense and challenging it is hugely rewarding and will give a springboard to more senior positions within audit or within other related controls or finance roles. The company will invest heavily in your development, and you will gain exposure to very senior stakeholders as well as cutting edge business practices. Base and bonuses are very competitive within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead complex audits and deal with senior stakeholders both on those audits and for continuous monitoring purposes.
