Senior IT Governance Consultant – Insurance

My Client a leader within the Insurance space, are currently searching for an experienced professional (3-6 years) to join the business and be influential in the growth of maturity within their Information Security program and IT Governance and Regulations according to BaFin.

The role is currently looking for a professional who is keen to join the work alongside the CISO, where your input and ideas will be instrumental in the development of new regulations in line with GRC topics.

Fluent German is required.

Your tasks in the team:

• As an IT Governance Consultant (m/f/d) you support regulatory and normative issues.
• You are responsible for creating documentation, policies, guidelines and work instructions and checking the written regulations.
• You control, coordinate and monitor technical and organizational measures to minimize risks
• You will actively work on internal and external audits on the topics of VAIT and TISAX, as well as other regulatory audits.

This is what we want from you:

• You have successfully completed your studies, training in the field of IT or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in information security and IT governance.
• Ideally, you already have VAIT, TISAX and ISO27001 knowledge.
• You are characterized by a pragmatic approach and a solution-oriented approach.
• You are communicative, assertive and have an eye for the big picture.
