Job Description

This is a newly created opportunity within a Fraud Team of a well know financial services organisation. The business has been hugely supportive of its staff during the COVID-19 outbreak and this engaging culture is visible throughout the team and organisation.

Due to the growth of the business a new opportunity has been created for a Fraud Specialist to join the fraud function to support the wider business with Fraud prevention, investigations and technical expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and coordinate fraud investigations, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with relevant law enforcement and external agencies to support investigations
  • Engage with relevant internal employees to support the development of an effective fraud prevention and detection programme
  • Recommend and manage improvements to existing anti-fraud processes and controls
  • Provide subject matter expertise on technical fraud requirements to internal stakeholders and the wider business

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Fraud experience, ideally with an insurance underwriting or application fraud background
  • Experience of undertaking investigations
  • Self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Good knowledge of Fraud Investigation methodology
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a Fraud qualification
