• Our client is a leading FinTech organisation, specialising in retail banking and foreign currency exchange solutions. Due to their recent growth, they are currently expanding their Anti-Financial Crime team in Poland.

This role will be responsible for managing and mentoring a Quality Analysts team in their Krakow office.


Core responsibilities:

• Managing and mentoring Quality analysts team by driving individuals and teams KPIs

• Ensuring effective QA practices through the development and implementation of standards, controls, and metrics

• Providing analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence from compliance and customer experience sides

• Analysing quality data to feedback both to Product Owners and Team Leaders

• Collaborating with other teams across different locations

Experience required:

• Between 1.5-3 years of previous compliance experience or 2+ years of QA Team Lead experience in an Operational team

• Soft skills to coach and motivate the team

• Exceptional understanding of procedures and possibilities to identify gaps

• Strong attention to detail +analytical skills

• Experience of working with data analysis + dashboards

• Practical knowledge of SQL / willingness to learn it

• You are fast-learner and independent problem-solver

• Excellent report writing skills

• You are fluent in English (written & oral)
