Job Description

My client, a general insurance firm based in the midlands are looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant to effectively provide SME advice and guidance to the business on current and emerging regulation developments (including conduct). This will be sitting within a collegiate team of 3, directly reporting into the Head of Conduct.

 

Responsibilities

  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes (horizon scanning) and communicating to business partner areas
  • Providing oversight and quality assurance
  • Analysis and challenge of MI
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and across the business
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Leading and development of the team

 

Requirements:

  • Broad compliance experience within general insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions and solutions

 

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits
