Job Description

An experienced company secretary is sought by this major listed international financial services group to undertake a 12-month maternity cover fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary you will have responsibility for a portfolio of entities with full responsibility for the effective functioning of their Boards and Committees, ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance. The role will involve forming effective relationships with senior executive and board members and external stakeholders and ensuring that listing requirements and statutory obligations and met and maintained.

You will be a qualified ICSA and highly experienced financial services company secretary with the ability to ensure high standards of delivery and the development, management and leadership of team members. The role is extremely varied and will draw on your sound company secretarial skills in complex organisations and your ability to support corporate transactions and company secretarial and governance projects both in the UK and internationally.
