Job Description

Our client, a Swiss prestigious banking group, is now opening a vacancy for their next Regulatory Compliance Officer. By applying for this role, you will get the opportunity of joining an existing team of a dozen people and work closely with the compliance and legal functions across the group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and contribute to the suitability framework
  • Support and collaborate to projects in relation to suitability regulations
  • Perform controls of the second line of defence
  • Design and implement efficient suitability processes as well as global or local standards
  • Provide training on different topics such as CIP (Client Investment Profile) or CISA (Collective Investment Schemes Act)

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Economics or related field
  • Confirmed experience in Compliance or regulatory advisory
  • German and/or English language skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant requirements (MiFID, CISA, FIDLEG)
