Job Description
My client is a leading retail and commercial bank. They are currently looking for a Regulatory Change Manager to provide valuable guidance and insight to the first and second line of defence. You must have a broad knowledge of financial regulation and be able to identify regulatory change and its impact on the bank through horizon scanning activities. You will also identify risks though regulatory change initiatives and ensure the bank can meet its future regulatory requirements. Updating policies and producing internal reports will also be a part of this role.

They are looking for someone who has worked in a bank or the regulator, who is highly analytical and has the ability to advise and influence decisions across all business areas. You must also be able to work collaboratively within a team, and liaise well with senior stakeholders.

Salary £43,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
