Job Description

Reporting to the CSO you will work closely with the business to ensure local business continuity, crisis management, physical security and personnel safety policies and standards are relevant and applied consistently across all relevant operations.  You will manage business continuity issues, testing and training as well as management of the crisis management team and 3rd party disaster recovery contracts and support.  Also, the role has responsibility for defining security policies, management of security upgrade projects and relevant security subcontractors.  You should have a good understanding of the principles and issues involved in areas of physical security controls and business continuity, including a strong understanding of the ISO 22301 framework.  You will also have experience in administering business resilience programmes, performing physical security audits and risk assessments.
