Job Description

A challenger bank based in city are currently looking for a Head of Compliance to lead the London region of branches.  This role provides guidance and support to the respective branch network and head office on compliance matters.   

Other responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the Compliance Monitoring Plan 
  • Monitoring the branches' adherence to rules and regulations
  • Produce regular MI 
  • Conducting branch visits
  • Providing support to new branches 
  • Monitor gifts & entertainment, hospitality, the handling of complaints and remediation Line management for all staff within the regional compliance team

Requirements

  • A wealth of compliance experience, ideally from a retail banking background
  • Branch experience desirable 
  • Managerial and strategic leadership experience
  • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced working environment   

Salary is flexible circa £90,000 - £120,000 + benefits
