Prudential Regulatory and Liquidity Pillar 2 Senior Manager at Big Four Consulting Firm

About the Role:

As a Prudential Regulatory and Liquidity Pillar 2 Senior Manager you will support the firm’s clients in meeting ICAAP and ILAAP regulatory requirements through hands-on support, review, and training of management teams. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with regulatory, advisory, and industry experience, helping clients solve their business issues from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, challenge, an provide regulatory insight in relation to client-prepare documents, in specific ICAAP, ILAAP, and RRP.
  • Draft material to support clients through the authorisation process including for example components of Regulatory Business Plan, ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan and other related policies.
  • Balance multiple ongoing client projects and respond positively to uncertainty and change
  • Lead and coach more junior colleagues on both the technical and relational components of the role

Skills Required:

  • Industry or regulatory experience of ICAAP/ILAAP/RRP development and/or C-SREP/L-SREP process
  • Experience in financial services prudential requirements
  • An applied understanding of prudential regulatory requirements and expectations applicable to banks
  • Experience working with Tableau, PowerBI, or Alteryx is an advantage.
  • Relationship management skills and experience in managing project
