The Role

• The role is for an SME in Operational Risk and Operational Risk Modelling to assess a firm’s scenario analysis process and capital model used for quantifying Pillar 2
• The successful candidate will need to interact with senior Leaders at Category 1 banks as the lead their technical review and assessments, there for their ability to communicate feedback to these individuals is key. Additionally the ability to write detailed reviews for the bank will be key to the role

Your Skills
As the ideal candidate you will have …

• Previous line 1 and line 2, operational risk modelling, pillar 2 experience within a Category 1 Bank
• Line 1, Line 2 or Model Validation experience
• Understanding of PRA Regulation
• Strong written and verbal skills & confidence in word and excel.
• Understanding of Operational risk modelling and the wider picture
