Job Description

This is a new opportunity with an international brokerage and banking operation.   Joining a growing risk function, the Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for developing an operational risk framework and embedding it across a very dynamic trading and banking environment.  Initial work will involve risk mapping operations, working closely with business managers and the rest of the risk team.  You will then develop the operational risk methodology and start to embed an effective risk management process into all activities.  The role will entail a great deal of liaison with business managers and the front office and the ability to gain credibility and influence in this fast moving culture is essential.


Candidates should have a solid grounding in operational risk methodology gained from working in a banking or financial services operation or consultancy practice.  The role commands a tax free salary, benefits and a discretionary bonus.
