Operational Resilience Analyst

My client, a leading merchant bank, are currently looking to hire an Operational Resilience Analyst for vital work in the organization. You will have the opportunity to move into a unqiue position and help to grow the Operational Resilience function.

The role will aim to drive Operational Resilience activities in the organization and your responsibilities will range from maintaining documentation, owning and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan and Incident Plan, supporting the crisis team with any incidents and also facilitate exercises, and you will maintain documentation that supports IBS.

To be successful in your application, you must have an understanding of Operational Resiience from either studies or exposure at work. A background in Business Continuity or Crisis Management and a certification would be beneficial but not essential
