Job Description

Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, to board level, this role has responsibility for designing, developing and embedding a consistent operational resilience framework aligned to good practice and the company’s risk appetite for a well-known brand.  Working to Director level the post-holder will facilitate the incident management team in case of incidents and also present to the audit and operational resilience committees when required.  You will develop and deliver operational resilience training, develop exercise/testing programmes and work across the various business units to identify shared critical dependencies.  You will also work closely with the IT function to align disaster recovery to the broader operational resilience frameworks.  Candidates will require experience designing/embedding operational resilience frameworks and familiarity with the ISO22301/BCI Good Practice Guide. Excellent stakeholder management experience is required and prior experience presenting at senior levels.  This is a strategic/advisory role but you must be willing actively engage as an SME as well.  Some UK travel will be required.
