Legal Counsel – Data Privacy
My client is a multinational med-tech company that is in need of privacy lawyer to join their legal counsel. You will be responsible for advising and establishing, a framework for implementing various strategic privacy & data initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising the company in relation to transaction structure, legal risks, key issues and opportunities;
- Providing ongoing advice and analysis relating to privacy and data law and other legal issues occasionally;
- Drafting, negotiating and settling various commercial documents;
- Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with key business stakeholders across all divisions and at varying levels of seniority.
About you:
- 4-9PQE, with years of experience in data protection.
- Strong drafting skills and a demonstrable ability to communicate in a clear, concise and practical way;
- A proven ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Fully proficient in English, with a second European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
