My client is a multinational med-tech company that is in need of  privacy lawyer to join their legal counsel.  You will be responsible for advising and establishing, a framework for implementing various strategic privacy & data initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising the company in relation to transaction structure, legal risks, key issues and opportunities;
  • Providing ongoing advice and analysis relating to privacy and data law and other legal issues occasionally;
  • Drafting, negotiating and settling various commercial documents;
  • Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with key business stakeholders across all divisions and at varying levels of seniority.

About you:

  • 4-9PQE, with years of experience in data protection.
  • Strong drafting skills and a demonstrable ability to communicate in a clear, concise and practical way;
  • A proven ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Fully proficient in English, with a second European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
