Legal Counsel
I’m supporting my client who are a PE backed firm operating in the insurance space with a growth mandate looking to bring in an exceptional lawyer to join their M&A team.
You would work with 2 other outstanding lawyers who both have very good pedigree in the market. This would support on a number of different transactions as well as the opportunity to get involve din more general corporate/governance work.
They have grown rapidly in recent years and have a huge transaction coming up which this role would support.
The team really is of the highest calibre and they are looking for a layer in the 2-4 year PQE range ideally (although there would be some flex) to join them. You will get really high quality work in a fast paced environment and will have the opportunity to take real ownership of certain deals.
They are targeting people from top quality firms and can provide a great environment and pay competitively.
