Our client is a boutique bank who, given a continued period of high growth, are looking to hire an experienced legal counsel into their team in a newly created position.
They are keen to look at candidates in the region of 3-6+ PQE who have a background in covering transactional banking products work (Lev Fin, REF, Trade Finance, Funds Finance etc…).
You will be joining a relatively small team of high performers who are in complete growth mode. Reporting into the teams’ departmental head, you will be given a great deal of responsibility and autonomy from day one.
This role necessitates a lawyer who has a proactive mindset and is happy to role up their sleeves when needed and turn their hand to areas which perhaps they haven’t covered extensively in their careers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer coming from a Banking and Finance team in Private Practice who is keen to make the move In-House all while having a better scope of work, strong compensation package and much better work/life balance.
Coupled with the above the firm is also taking a very mature approach to flexible working.
