Lead IAM Business Analyst

A leading investment management client is looking for a Lead Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to join them. You will be part of a team that has undergone multi-year transformation and is now building a new target operating model. Your role will include leading a global team of business analysts and will support the IAM and PAM engineering teams with strategic delivery and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a global business analysis capability
• Lead identity and access management communications across the business
• Set the direction on how to manage requirements from stakeholders
• Be the driver of how the team model and test business processes
• Support product testing
• Ensure IAM and PAM products meet business requirements and are strategically aligned
• Lead stakeholder relationships for the IAM and PAM function

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a business analyst with a strong focus on IAM/PAM
• Excellent communication skills
• People management experience
• Problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of identity and access management and privileged access management is a must
