Job Description

My Client is a growing brokerage based in the city. Due to that growth, they are looking to hire an NQ lawyer to work closely with the head of legal and the compliance team. The role covers a range of regulatory and legal issues, having the capability to get involved in more legal work as the business grows. The role would suit, a smart commercial lawyer you has experience of NDA drafting, litigation or non contentious regulation.

This is an NQ role, that would suit a newly qualified lawyer or up to a 1 PQE lawyer, who has interest in doing both legal and compliance work. The role works closely with the business, including traders, so requires a commercial mindset.

This is an interesting opportunity, for a commercial lawyer to grow with a business.
