Job Description

The Company:

  • Our client is a well-known Not-For-Profit organisation in Amsterdam who receive funding from the European Union.

 

The Role:

To cover for a period of maternity leave, the organisation is looking to hire an Interim Company Secretary on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the company’s decision-making and reporting processes
  • Assist with their boards functioning and relevant procedures are adhered to
  • Advice on compliance with statutory rules and the companies’ Articles of Association
  • Plan, arrange, prepare and minute board and committee meetings
  • Ensure meetings are conducted in accordance with statute and articles of association
  • Arrange annual return and financial statement filing for all entities within the corporate structure

 

Experience required:

  • Significant experience of Company Secretarial work either as a Company Secretary or Assistant to
  • Knowledge of Dutch and other EU Corporate Governance structures is required
  • Dutch language skills are preferred
