Job Description

My client are a global investment bank who are looking to hire an interim Assistant Company Secretary for their London based offices for a period of c. 12 months to cover maternity leave. This opportunity reports directly in to the Head of Governance and Company Secretariat.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and guidance to the business on corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
  • Board and committee support – drafting papers, minute taking etc.
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and providing advice and guidance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and other functions across the UK and Europe.

 

The ideal candidate will be ICSA qualified and have experience of providing company secretarial/corporate governance support to legal entities, boards and committees.
