IAM Manager

My financial services, global client is looking for an IAM Manager to join the business to oversee access, governance, PAM, authentication and reporting. You will be joining a team that is a true focal point within cybersecurity and will support multiple IAM projects across the technology business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management of your team, setting goals and objectives to support them in working towards the businesses vision
  • Feedback on performance and progress, ensuring the improvement on both individual and team performance
  • Support in both full time and contract recruitment within your team
  • Review and complete compliance and monitoring activities, for example user activity reviews
  • Build relationships and communicate with senior management and stakeholders
  • Enhance, automate and streamline processes
  • Ensure that deliveries are aligned to the businesses IAM control requirements
  • Work with IAM team and strategic teams to provide clear requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven background in identity and access management
  • Experience managing teams of 8+ people
  • Hands on experience with IAM tools (knowledge of IGA products such as SailPoint, Secrets Management etc)
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies
